Melbourne-based author, Narelle Harris, is visiting the Ballarat Library during the Ballarat Heritage Festival. This interactive event will have budding authors inspired to create their next mystery novel! Narelle will speak about her experiences as an author and then jump in to a workshop to share the process of writing a successful mystery plot.
